Texas auto insurance underwriting question?

Please, I need someone in the industry for this answer, not the helpful wild guesses that often come on Yahoo Answers. My 23 year old daughter lives at home and is on our auto policy. She has been at fault in two accidents and our insurer has paid for two totaled cars. This will undoubtedly result in a significant rate increase. My question is: Will the added cost be borne solely on her portion of the policy, i.e. on the car for which she is insured? Or will that car’s rate go up significantly, and all the others go up some, on the theory that she might be driving other cars? How do I keep the rest of us from paying for her carelessness? If the cost is clearly isolated to her, I don’t mind letting her stay on the policy as long as she pays for it. But if we all have to pay, then I want to make her buy a separate policy. Does a history of claims like this in any way impact our homeowners’ premium, which is with the same company, USAA?
