LAKE FOREST, Ill. — Wintrust Financial Corporation announced net income of $16.0 million or $0.41 per diluted common share for the quarter ended March 31, 2010. This compares with earnings of $6.4 million for the first quarter of 2009 and $28.2 million for the fourth quarter of 2009.
